Product Packaging

 

While we strive to ensure accurate selection of ordered products, packaging, ingredients, product names, and/or brands may change without prior notice. Ingredients listed are for guidance only and may change without prior notification. For ingredient inquiries or allergen concerns, we recommend contacting the manufacturers directly.
 

2.

Stock Availability

 

We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels online. However, certain items may occasionally be out of stock or have short expiry dates. In such cases that your product is out of stock you will receive an automatic refund within 14 working days.
 

3.

Best Before Dates

 

Products may have varying best before dates depending on the product type or ingredients. We dispatch products with a minimum best before date of at least 3 months. If longer best before dates are required, please specify this in the customer notes section of your purchase order.

4.

Cancellations / Returns

 

As a customer, you may cancel your order or request a full refund under the following conditions:
 

  • Cancellations or refunds must be requested before the order is dispatched. Otherwise, you will be liable for associated delivery costs.
  • If an error is made on our part, you may request a full refund within 1 working day of receiving the parcel.
  • If you no longer require the product or have changed your mind, you are responsible for returning the parcel at your own expense. Please notify us immediately if you wish to do so. We recommend using a traceable service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods in transit. Original delivery costs will not be refunded in these circumstances, even if a shipping coupon was used or if you were eligible for free delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods have been tampered with, opened, or if they are custom-made or specially ordered at your request.
  • When a refund has been agreed it may take up to 14 days for funds to be received, using the original payment method.

Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and its original packaging. You’ll also need you order details or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure proof of postage is obtained. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Payment

 

We currently accept payments via debit/credit cards through WorldPay From FIS Hosted Payments. You also have the option to pay using digital wallet with Apple Pay or Google Pay on supported devices/browsers. For alternative payment methods, please contact us for assistance.
