Our Royal Mail service ensures your items are delivered within 2-5 working days with full tracking.Expect seamless delivery straight to your doorstep or a nearby neighbour if you're unavailable. You can also opt for convenient collection from your local Royal Mail office.
DPD/Parcelforce
With DPD/Parcelforce, enjoy next-working-day delivery with precise tracking. Receive a one-hour delivery window via email or SMS, allowing you to tailor your delivery preferences or redirect to a local DPD collection point.Delivery Terms
If your items arrive damage please report any damages within 2 working days of receipt to facilitate prompt resolution.As per our policy, all website account holders will receive a refund compensation equal to the amount in reward points, which can only be redeemed online against future orders.
We cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details. Additional charges may apply for address changes post-dispatch.
Deliveries operate within standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm). Weekend and evening deliveries are available with applicable charges.
