Terms & Conditions
Whilst we ensure to select the products ordered as accurate as possible, packaging, ingredients, product name and / or brand may be subject to change without any prior notice. Ingredients for products are for a guideline only and may change without prior notice. If you have any ingredients enquiries or allergens then we suggest you contact the manufacturers of the product directly.
Whilst we ensure our stock quantities online is as accurate as possible, there may instances certain items may be out of stock or short dated. If this occurs then we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement product or an alternative product up to the same value. You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish.
Best before dates
The best before dates on products can vary dependant on the type of product or ingredients used within the products. We will dispatch products with a minimum best before date of at least 3 months. If you require longer best before dates then this must be made clear on the purchase order in the customer notes section.
Cancellations / Returns
As a customer you are entitled to cancel you order or request a full refund of your order under the following conditions:
• Cancellations or refunds must be made prior to dispatch of order. Otherwise you will need to pay the associated delivery costs for the original delivery and the return delivery.
• If a mistake has been made on our side then you can request a full refund but we must be notified within 1 working day of the parcel being received.
• If you no longer require the product or have changed your mind, then you will be responsible for returning the parcel back to us at your cost, we will need to be notified immediately if you wish to do so. We recommend you to return items using a traceable service as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We will not be able to refund the original delivery costs under these circumstances even if a shipping coupon or if you were eligible for free delivery on the purchase order.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the returned goods have been tampered with or opened or that is custom made or ordered by us specifically at your request.
We will issue refunds from the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We currently only accept payments by PayPal or by debit/credit cards via sage pay, safe online payments that allow you to pay by your credit/debit card. We however do not accept any payments in any other currency other than GB POUND STERLING. If you wish to pay using an alternative method then please contact us immediately, for further assistance please contact us (contact details can be found in the contact us section).
All content (pictures, logos, and text) included on this site is the property of Monmore Confectionery (Midlands) Ltd or its content supplier. If any of this content is altered, reproduced or changed in any way, then we will not hesitate to instruct legal representation.
Changes to the terms and conditions
We may change the website or these terms at any time. If you use the website after Monmore confectionery has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms which will take effect immediately.
