Sherbet Kali is made by blitzing ingredients in a blender until no crystals are visible, you then add milk to the mixture and give it an hour to cool down in the fridge, you can then use an ice cream maker or if you don’t have one you freeze for 8 hours, stirring every 45 mins to get the right texture.
