Sherbet Kali

Sherbet Kali is made by blitzing ingredients in a blender until no crystals are visible, you then add milk to the mixture and give it an hour to cool down in the fridge, you can then use an ice cream maker or if you don’t have one you freeze for 8 hours, stirring every 45 mins to get the right texture. Kali is an indulgent vegetarian treat that kids will love.

Sherbet Kali is made by Pells which is an exclusive brand to Monmore Confectionery, you can dip lollipops or liquorice into your sherbet to improve the taste of your product.
