Ordering from Monmore Confectionery:
Simply browse through our range of products and for any items that you may wish to purchase all you need to do is add them to your shopping cart. Please enter the quantity you desire of each item so that we can process your order successfully. Orders placed can also be sent to an alternative address by simply adding the desired address within the customer notes (Paypal) section upon the checkout page.
Delivery Schedule:
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible but may take up to 24hours however during busy periods please allow up to 48 hours. All our items are delivered securely through a special courier service that guarantees next working day UK delivery once orders have been submitted but please allow up to 2 working days once your confirmation email has been sent.
Please note that next day delivery service is only available on orders purchased before 12.00hours, otherwise we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
All our parcels have a unique barcode system so that the location of your items can be checked at any time on the relevant website. Please note: details of the barcode number and the online free checking system are sent once items have been dispatched which will be displayed within your confirmation email.
Payment:
We currently only accept payments by paypal, safe online payments that allow you to pay by your credit/debit card. We however do not accept any payments in any other currency other than GB POUND STERLING.
