Author: Steewate Are you working the same mulcses every day? If so, that probably is your problem. Your mulcses don't grow while you work out. They grow while they are at rest. You need to give them at least 48 hours between workouts to recover and grow. It may even take longer. You just need to experiment and see what works best. I work out 5 days a week, but only do each muscle group once a week, and have had some really good results. You need to work them very intensely that one day, but it works. Also, if you are going to use whey protein, you should use it every day. Also, eat lots of high protein foods. Your body uses protein to build mulcses, so if you are not getting enough, you won't build much. Try to get a total of 1 gram of protein for each pound body weight. Most of this should come from your diet, and then supplement that with whey protein.
