Delivery Details
We aim to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore all orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day on the following delivery service (DPD or Royal Mail) dependant on which service you have selected.
Royal Mail
All items are delivered through Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Service on a 2-4 working day service but during busy times please allow an extra few days. This is a fully tracked unsigned delivery service so Royal Mail may deliver to your neighbour if there is no reply on delivery. A failed delivery card may be left so that you can re-arrange delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail delivery office at a day suitable for you. DPD/Parcelforce
All items are delivered securely through DPD next working day service but during busy times please allow 2 working days. DPD offer a 1 hour delivery time slot if a valid email address (email notification) or mobile phone number (SMS notification) is provided through checkout. You can directly reply to arrange delivery on a specific day, to be left with a neighbour, to be left in a safe place or deliver to your local DPD collection shop (if applicable). Deliveries will require a signature unless otherwise stated by yourself (please note that you are held responsible for any loss or theft if left in a safe place or with neighbour). Any damages must be reported to us within 1 working day of receiving your parcel otherwise this will invalidate any claims or damages to be compensated.
We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries if the following occurs:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Unclear address information
Once the parcel has been dispatched, additional charges will incur if any details such as address change or re-directory of the parcel is required.
Deliveries are processed and delivered only between normal business operating hours (Monday to Friday) 8am – 5pm. Deliveries outside these normal hours will incur additional charges (Saturday and Sunday Deliveries – please contact us for further information).

Items up to 5kg = £4.00 + VAT.
DPD:
UK Mainland Only (Next Working Day)
Single item up to 4kg = £5.50 + VAT.
Parcels up to 20kg = £7.00 + VAT and 25p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Deliveries over £200 + VAT (Free of Charge).
Northern Ireland (Express Service)
Parcels up to 10kg = £22.00 + VAT
Northern Ireland (Express Service)
Parcels over 10kg = £27.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Republic of Ireland - Including Dublin Postcode (2 Working Day Service)
Parcels up to 25kg = £30.00 + VAT Per Parcel.
Isle of Man (2 Working Day Service)
Parcels up to 10kg = £27.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Isle of Wight (2 Working Day Service)
Parcels up to 10kg = £27.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Channel Islands (Express Service)
Parcels up to 10kg = £37.00 + VAT and £1.30 + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Channel Islands (2 Working Day Service)
Parcels over 10kg = £47.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Scottish Highlands & Islands (2-5 Working Day Service)
Parcels up to 10kg = £22.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
Scottish Highlands & Islands (2 Working Day Service)
Parcels over 10kg = £27.00 + VAT and 55p + VAT Per Kg Thereafter.
International Service (Outside UK)
